Eric Sickler, Vice President for Client Services
A member of Stamats consulting team since 1999, Vice President for Client Services Eric Sickler delivers three decades of practical experience in all aspects of higher education marketing planning, institutional relations, student recruitment and enrollment management, staff development, and brand marketing. Eric has chaired national CASE institutes on recruitment marketing and has presented workshops on integrated marketing planning, institutional brand clarification, teen marketing trends, and creative strategy for CASE, the American Marketing Association, the International Council of Fine Arts Deans, the Association of Caribbean Higher Education Administrators, AACRAO, NACAC, state and regional ACAC chapters across the country, and a host of colleges and universities. His articles have appeared in CASE Currents and University Business magazines and Enrollment Management Report, and his work has been profiled in Admissions Marketing Report. Eric was a regional director for the American Heart Association and spent nearly 15 years at Central College as director of alumni and college relations, director of admission, and finally vice president for admission and marketing. After leaving Central, he was managing partner and chief operations officer at Think Corporation in Des Moines, and director of client services for The History Factory in Washington, D.C.

Jud Davis, Director of Marketing and University Relations at Freed-Hardeman University
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of marketing and public relations, Jud serves as the director of marketing and university relations at Freed-Hardeman University is Henderson, Tennessee. Jud has navigated the challenges of higher education enrollment and fundraising by staying ahead of the trends and creating a cohesive university brand that translates in to more students and more resources for the small, rural private university. Jud has been in higher education for 15 years and a Stamats consulting associate for 10 years. Jud is also a professional photographer, loving husband to LeAnn and father of Cecily.

Dr. Matt Melvin, Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at the University of Kansas
At KU, Matt coordinates and implement strategic enrollment planning initiatives and provide overall leadership and direction for the Recruitment and Enrollment Center in Student Success. The center includes the offices of admissions and financial aid and scholarships, and the University Registrar. Prior to moving to KU, Matt was associate provost for enrollment management at the University of Central Missouri where he was responsible for achieving and evaluating the strategic enrollment management plan for the university, including undergraduate admissions, financial aid and scholarships, academic advising, new student orientation, registration and records. Additionally, he has professional experience at Kansas State University, Ohio University and Western Illinois University. Matt earned a bachelor's in psychology from Central College in Iowa, a master's in college student personnel from Western Illinois University and a doctorate in education with an emphasis in higher education administration and educational leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Robert Page, Assistant to the President at Penn Valley Community College.
Robert is Assistant to the President at Penn Valley Community College and has worked in postsecondary education for over 20 years and specializes in retention and recruitment programs for students of color, multicultural Greek letter student development and leadership, diversity training and awareness, conference coordination, as well as the motivation of all students to achieve at their highest potential.

Robert has conducted countless workshops, seminars and keynotes on many issues with a focus on inclusion and leadership potential. Certified and trained through the National Multicultural Institute and the Institute on Racial Justice, his areas of expertise include; multiracial identity; dominant culture privilege; training and curriculum design, equitable policies and practices, multicultural education, multilingual issues, inclusive decision-making processes, multicultural curriculum training, cultural communication and a specific focus on "Cycle of Socialization Theory".

Robert is the founder of such programs as the Tools for Social Justice Conference, Noel Levitz Symposium on the Recruitment and Retention of Students of Color, the National Black Greek Leadership Conference, the "Am I My Brothers Keeper" Male Empowerment Conference, Minority & Friends Network at the Oshkosh Placement Exchange, African American Male Summit at NASPA and ACPA, the Tunnel of Oppression Diversity Activity, and has assisted with numerous other endeavors. He attributes his successes to people that he has worked with.

Robert holds a Bachelors and Masters from the University of Central Missouri. He is a member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators and the Association of College Personnel Administrators and many other organizations and associations.
